The machines we manufacture are of various types and shapes such as spherical, semicircular and conical. Suitable for glazing caramelized nuts, mandoles and dried fruits. For the stirring a stainless or PTFE anchor agitator suitable for food is used to uniform and better heat the boiling material. An INVERTER control panel can be placed to control the rotations of the stirring. The proper stirring results in the ideal production of loukoumi, halva, jams, pastry creams and spoon sweets.
The overturning of the material to offload it into the machinery can be done manually with a steering wheel, with an electric motor in any position we choose or with a pushbutton switch.
